Crawl Logic is Growing: Now Hiring Installers in Nashville and Chattanooga

Introduction

We're Expanding the Team

LOOKING FOR THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO GROW WITH US

Busy morning today. Took my wife to the airport before getting back to work.

But I wanted to put this out there because we've got a lot happening at Crawl Logic right now.

We're growing. Adding new services.

And we're looking for the right people to join the team.

I'm hiring one to two installers in Nashville and one in Chattanooga.

If you've got experience, great. If you're new but willing to learn, I can teach you.

Pay is based on what you bring to the table.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to learn a trade the right way and be part of a company that actually cares about the work we put out.

Adding Attic Insulation to Our Services

We're about to start offering attic insulation. This isn't something I'm jumping into blind. I did attic work for years before I started Crawl Logic. I know attics really well.

It's a natural next step for us. We already take care of everything below the house - crawl spaces, basements, drainage, sump pumps, structural repairs. Now we're going up top too.

The goal has always been to take better care of our customers. If someone needs their attic handled, I'd rather them call us than have to find another company and hope they do it right. This way, we keep the quality consistent and the customer doesn't have to wonder who they're dealing with.

Right now I'm looking for an extractor and a blower to get us started. If you know anyone with attic machines for sale, reach out. I'm definitely interested.

  • The ceiling of a basement with a lot of pipes and insulation.

  • A basement with a lot of insulation and a light on the ceiling.

  • A basement with a lot of pipes and columns

  • An empty basement with a wooden ceiling and white walls.

What We're Looking For

Right now I need one to two installers in Nashville and one installer in Chattanooga.

Pay is based on experience. If you've been doing this kind of work for a while or you're coming from another company, I'd love to talk. But if you're brand new and you've got the right attitude, that works too. I'm willing to teach.

What matters most is that you want to do good work. Show up, put in the effort, take pride in what you do. That's what I'm looking for.

I'm not trying to hire a bunch of people just to grow fast. I want the right people. The kind of guys who care about doing things the right way and want to build something with us.

What We Do at Crawl Logic

We handle a lot more than just crawl space encapsulation. Here's what we do:

  • Crawl space encapsulation
  • Basement waterproofing
  • Drainage systems
  • Sump pump installation and monitoring
  • Floor jacks and structural support
  • Framing and rebuilding in crawl spaces
  • And soon: Attic insulation

If it's under the house or above the ceiling, we're either doing it now or about to be. We're a full-service company for the parts of your home most people forget about until something goes wrong.

  • A man is working in a basement under construction.

Why Work With Us

Crawl Logic isn't a big corporate company. We're small on purpose. That means you're not just a number. You're part of a team.

I do the inspections myself. I'm on job sites. I know what's going on with every project. When you work here, you're working with me - not some manager who's never crawled under a house.

You'll learn the trade the right way. Not a two-week crash course so you can start selling. Real, hands-on experience doing quality work that you can be proud of.

If you want to grow, there's room for that. We're expanding and I need people who want to build something with us. If you're just looking for a paycheck, this probably isn't the right fit. But if you want to be part of a company that does things differently, let's talk.

Ready to Join the Team?

If any of this sounds like a good fit, shoot me a message. I'm easy to reach.

Whether you've got years of experience or you're just starting out and want to learn, I'm happy to have a conversation. No pressure. Just tell me a little about yourself and what you're looking for.

We're doing good work here at Crawl Logic. Crawl spaces, basements, structural repairs, and soon attics. We're growing the right way - not fast, but steady. And I'm looking for people who want to be part of that.

If you know someone who might be interested, feel free to pass this along. Nashville or Chattanooga. We're hiring in both areas.

Reach out anytime. Let's talk.

I'm in the warehouse this morning getting stuff ready for the week. And I wanted to show you something that most crawl space companies don't talk about - what happens after the job is done. This is my maintenance toolbox. Every single part for the dehumidifiers we install. Fans, sensors, components - all of it. I've e

I just left a crawl space that was done by another company back in 2022. The homeowner called me out because something didn't seem right. They paid good money for this job. They have a 10 year warranty. On paper, everything should be fine. But when I got under the house, it was a different story. This wasn't a small

I was in Chattanooga today checking on our second location. We do work with a pest control company down there, and I had just finished teaching a basement class to their team. That's when we ran into an issue. One of our dehumidifiers was tripping the breaker. Kept happening over and over. But here's the thing - the h
