350 Five-Star Reviews

SEVEN YEARS OF SHOWING UP AND DOING IT RIGHT

We just hit 350 five-star reviews. Perfect 5.0 rating.

Almost seven years of doing crawl space work in Nashville and the surrounding areas.

I'm not going to lie, that feels pretty good.

When I started Crawl Logic, I didn't know if this thing was going to work.

I just knew I wanted to do things differently. No shortcuts. No excuses.

Just good work and honest communication.

I figured if I did that long enough, people would notice.

Turns out they did. And they took the time to write about it.

Every single one of those reviews means something to me.

It means someone trusted us with their home, we did the job right, and they felt good enough about it to share their experience.

That's not something I take lightly.

Your Reviews Matter

350 reviews might just sound like a number. But here's what it actually represents.

That's 350 homeowners who let us into their crawl space. 350 jobs where we showed up, did the work, and followed through. 350 people who didn't have to leave a review but chose to anyway because the experience was worth talking about.

And not a single one of them is under five stars.

That doesn't happen by accident. It doesn't happen because we got lucky. It happens because we treat every job the same way. Whether it's a small repair or a full encapsulation, we bring the same standard. Same attention to detail. Same respect for your home.

That's what a 5.0 rating really means. Consistency. Every single time.

How We Earned Them

There's no trick to getting five-star reviews. You just have to do what you say you're going to do.

Show up when you say you will. Answer the phone when people call. Be honest about what's going on under their house. Do the work the right way, even when no one's watching. And when the job's done, make sure the customer feels good about the whole experience.

That's it. That's the whole strategy.

At the end of every job, I ask for a review. Not because I'm trying to hit some number, but because I know we did good work and I'm not afraid to stand behind it. If someone didn't have a great experience, I'd want to know about it. But after almost seven years, that hasn't happened.

We've earned every one of those reviews the same way. One job at a time. One customer at a time.

The Referrals That Keep Coming

Here's something I don't talk about enough. The referrals.

In the last 60 days, we've gotten more referrals than I can keep up with. Friends telling friends. Family members passing along my number.

Neighbors seeing the work we did next door and reaching out.

That means more to me than any ad ever could.

When someone refers you to a person they care about, they're putting their name on the line. They're saying, "I trust this guy. You should too." That's a big deal. And I don't take it lightly.

Word of mouth built this business. Not fancy marketing. Not big promises. Just real people telling other real people about the work we did for them.

Why We Don't Take It for Granted

We're not the biggest crawl space company in Nashville. We're not trying to be.

I've seen what happens when companies get too big. The quality drops. The owner disappears. You call and get some random person who doesn't know anything about your job.

That's not how we operate. I still do every inspection myself. I still answer my phone. I still check in on jobs and make sure everything's done right.

Every review we get is earned, not expected. Every referral is a reminder that someone trusted us enough to recommend us to someone they care about. That's not something I'm ever going to take for granted.

The day I stop appreciating that is the day I need to find something else to do.

What's Next

We're going for 400 reviews this year. Maybe 450 if we keep up the pace.

But honestly, the number isn't really the point. I'm not chasing a goal just to say I hit it. The goal is to keep doing what got us here in the first place. Show up. Do good work. Treat people right. And let the reviews take care of themselves.

If we get to 400 by doing the same thing we've been doing for seven years, that's great. If it takes a little longer, that's fine too. I'm not going to cut corners or rush jobs just to get there faster.

The standard stays the same. Every job. Every customer. That's the only way I know how to do this.

I got a message yesterday. Sunday afternoon. A homeowner in Spring Hill hired someone else for their crawl space job because they were a little cheaper than my quote.

We've been in our new warehouse in Columbia for about two months now. It's about ten minutes from my house, we've got office space, storage, and room for all the materials our crews need. This might seem like just a business update. But it's not. It matters because it changes how fast we can get to your job and how sm

Got a call from a homeowner in Brentwood last week. Their humidity sensor was showing levels over 80 percent. The house felt musty. Something was off. We did their crawl space encapsulation last summer. Everything had been running smooth for months. But now the sensor was telling them there was a problem, and they
