Important Update for Our Crawl Logic Customers

Introduction

Taking Time for What Matters Most

Stepping away for a week to be with family, while ensuring your needs are still covered.

Sometimes life requires us to step back and take care of what matters most.

I need to take some time away from Crawl Logic to be with my family in Chattanooga.

I believe in being direct with our customers - you deserve to know when there are changes, even temporary ones.

I'll be stepping away after Friday for about a week to spend time with my family.

While I've been trying to maintain our usual service levels, including working yesterday, it's time to take a brief pause.

Service Updates

I want to make sure all our current and upcoming projects stay on track. Here's what you need to know:

Trevor and Ryan are fully available to handle inspections while I'm away. They've been with me for years and know exactly how we do things at Crawl Logic. For those of you with ongoing projects, I'll be checking in on everything when I return next week.

Your homes and projects remain a priority for us. We've put systems in place to ensure everything continues smoothly, even during my brief absence.

  • An empty basement with a wooden ceiling and white walls.

Team Support Structure

I'm fortunate to have a reliable team that embodies what Crawl Logic stands for. Trevor and Ryan aren't just employees - they're skilled professionals who've been with me through thick and thin. They understand our commitment to quality and our way of doing things.

For those of you waiting on inspections or in the middle of projects, you're in good hands. They'll maintain our standards of detailed documentation, thorough inspections, and clear communication. They know how important your homes are to us.

Return Timeline

I'll be back at work next week, ready to pick up where we left off. For our current customers with ongoing projects, I'll make it a priority to personally check on your jobs when I return. Nothing falls through the cracks at Crawl Logic - that's a promise I intend to keep.

I'm grateful to have built a business where we can be honest about needing family time while ensuring our customers remain well-cared for. This brief pause won't affect our commitment to quality or our timeline for completing your projects.

Thank You

Running a small, family-owned business means sometimes sharing both the good and difficult moments with our customers. Your understanding during this time means more than you know. This community has supported Crawl Logic for six years now, and it's times like these that remind me why we choose to stay small and personal.

Christmas Eve, I'm driving around in a 1979 Corvette with my dog riding shotgun. Not because I went out and bought a classic car, but because a customer in Gallatin needed crawl space work and had something valuable to trade. We worked out a deal that made both of us happy, and now I've got a sweet ride to cruise

We just finished a job in Gallatin that turned into something pretty cool. The customer had a crawl space that needed serious work, and sitting in his driveway were two vehicles he wasn't using - an all-original 79 Stingray with only 70,000 miles and a 12 valve Cummins flatbed. So we made a trade.

Ever notice how some rooms in your house just feel uncomfortable, no matter what you set the thermostat to? Cold floors in winter, hot spots in summer, energy bills that keep climbing - most people never think to look at their crawl space. But here's the thing: what's happening under your house affects how comfortable
