Crawl Logic is Growing - And We Need Good People
Introduction
We're Expanding - And Looking for the Right Team
NEW LOCATION COMING SOON, NEW OPPORTUNITIES NOW
Today was a good day. Spent time with some potential partners who might be joining the Crawl Logic family soon.
We rolled some jiu-jitsu, talked shop, and got to know each other.
You learn a lot about people when you train together - how they handle pressure, how they treat others, whether they're in it for the right reasons.
That conversation reminded me why we've been successful: we don't just hire bodies to fill positions.
We build a team of people who actually care about the work they do.
And right now, with expansion on the horizon, we need more good people to join us.
If you're looking for stable work with a company that values you, keeps reading.
We've got opportunities in Nashville and Chattanooga, with more locations coming soon.
Where We're At Right Now
Six years ago, it was just me and one crew. Today, we're running three crews between Nashville and Chattanooga, and we're about to announce a new location. The details are still being finalized, but what I can tell you is this: we're growing because we do things right.
Our crews are busy. Really busy. That's what happens when you build a reputation on quality work and treating people fairly - both customers and employees. We've reached the point where we need to add more team members to keep up with demand and prepare for our next location.
Right now, we need a few people in Chattanooga and maybe one or two more in Nashville. And when we open our new location, there will be even more opportunities. This isn't about filling positions quickly. It's about finding the right people who want to be part of something that's built to last.
What We're Looking For
Here's the truth: crawl space experience helps, but it's not the most important thing. I can teach someone how to install encapsulation, how to spot moisture problems, how to document their work properly. What I can't teach is showing up on time, caring about doing the job right, and treating customers' homes with respect.
If you're already working for another crawl space company and you're not happy there, let's talk. I'm always interested in people who know the work and want to be part of a better team. But if you've never been under a house in your life and you're willing to learn, that's fine too.
What matters is wanting stable work with a company that's going somewhere. We're not looking for people who just need a paycheck until something better comes along. We're building a team that's going to grow with this company..
What Makes Our Team Different
I'm going to be straight with you - my crews are some of the highest paid in the Nashville area. That's not me bragging. That's me explaining how we do business. When you take care of your people, they take care of your customers. It's really that simple.
Stable work means you know when you're working and what you're getting paid. No guessing, no games. We've got enough work to keep our crews busy, and we pay well because good work deserves good pay. Our team members stay with us because they feel valued and appreciated, not just like another employee number.
Happy employees do better work. I've seen it over and over. When people feel respected and fairly compensated, they care more about the quality of their work. That's why our customers keep coming back and referring their friends.
The Jiu-Jitsu Connection
You might wonder why I mentioned training jiu-jitsu with potential business partners. Here's why: you learn a lot about someone's character on the mats. Are they respectful? Do they help newer people learn? Can they handle tough situations without losing their cool?
Those same qualities matter in crawl space work. When you're working in tight spaces, dealing with unexpected problems, or explaining issues to concerned homeowners, character shows up. I want people on my team who handle challenges the right way.
That's why I take time getting to know potential partners and team members. Building something that lasts isn't about quick decisions. It's about finding people who share your values and approach to work.
Why We Invest in Our People
Here's something most customers don't think about: the quality of work you get depends directly on how a company treats its employees. If a crew is underpaid, overworked, and undervalued, that shows up in the finished product. It shows up in how they treat your home, how carefully they do the work, and whether they're still around when you need follow-up service.
That's why we pay more than most companies in our area. It's not charity - it's smart business. When team members know they're valued, they stick around. They learn our systems, they understand our standards, and they care about maintaining our reputation. You get experienced crews who take pride in their work, not people just passing through until they find something better.
Long-term employees mean better service for you. It's that direct connection between how we treat our team and the quality you get as a customer.
If You're Already in the Industry
Working for another crawl space company right now? I get it - you might be hesitant to reach out. But here's my take: if you're good at what you do and you're not being treated right, you should explore your options. No pressure, no hard feelings if you decide to stay where you are. Just an honest conversation about what we offer.
We're looking for people who know the work and want to be part of a company that does things right. If that's you, let's talk. I can probably make you a better offer than what you're getting now, and I know we can offer you a better work environment.
Ready to Talk?
If any of this sounds like what you're looking for, reach out. Send me a message and let's have a conversation. No formal application process, no jumping through hoops - just a real discussion about whether this could be a good fit.
