I didn't hand this guy a manual and wish him good luck. We did actual ride-alongs. He watched me do inspections, watched how I talk to customers, saw how I present the evidence. Then I watched him do his inspections and gave him real feedback on what worked and what didn't.



We worked on word tracks - not some generic script from a corporate training manual, but the actual phrases that work when you're standing in someone's driveway explaining crawl space problems. I showed him how to use the 4K video and photos to tell the story of what's happening under their house.


The key isn't being pushy or using high-pressure tactics. It's about showing people exactly what they're dealing with and helping them make an informed decision. When you do that right, people don't feel sold to - they feel helped.

The Results: Month One

Seven encapsulations in his first month working with me. For context, he was selling maybe one or two crawl space jobs every few months before that. Now he's closing deals consistently because he understands the process.
